Riot Shields

The Windy City was no place for tear gas.  Gusts whirled the noxious fumes around the plaza with total disregard for whom they choked.  The police and the smart terrorists wore respirators.  They called themselves “protestors” but William thought “terrorists” was closer to the truth.  So the only ones repelled by the gas were the civilians lucky enough to still have a job to walk to.
